Replace cupboard with integrated dishwasher Steve communicated well and gave a quote for the job quickly. When booked in he was punctual and was very tidy. He put down floor protection which was thoughtful. He has good knowledge and did a great job and im happy with the result. Very professional. Would use again and would recommend.

Exterior porcelain approx 50 square metres I found this site by accident, but am so glad that I did. After posting my job and getting a couple of prices, I decided to hire Steve to the lay porcelain tiles in my garden.His price was very competetive, and just the way he is installs confidence, he was very helpful and gave advice on how to get over a couple of tricky bits.He kept us up to date on everything to do with the job.Turns up when he says he will. Extremely polite. Clean and tidy worker. My only regret is that I didn't know Steve when I set out on my garden project. He overcame others bad work, and left us with a perfect patio. Bathroom refurb I found Creation to be very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process from start to finish. Costs were very competitive and transparent with regular updates if any additional materials or labour was necessary. Great communication every step of the way. Re-Plastering of one ceiling. Brentwood, Essex I hired Stephen and the team for a repair + restoration of a damaged ceiling and walls, following a water leak at my property (Brentwood, Essex). Communication was great throughout, job was completed to an excellent standard, within the agreed timeline. Throughout the process I was away from the property... The team left the place spotless. Happily trusted them with my house keys whilst I couldn't be at the property myself. Stephen kept me updated with photos and text updates to show their progress. He has made the bathrooms I had dreamed off! He was always professional and very friendly. We were comfortable for him to work when we were in the house and when we were away, giving him a spare key. He worked hard the whole time (weekdays and weekends working around our schedule) and was clean and tidy through the process. When we weren't at the property he took photos each day to show the progress which we hadn't ask for but loved. His prices were very reasonable especially regarding his knowledge and expertise. He listened to our ideas and took the time to explain. Would recommend.

Our job involved replacing an old, bodged bathroom whilst retaining the tiling (the one aspect we still liked). This included fixing rotting floorboards and joists, refurbishing tiles, re-plumbing, electrical work, replacement of a toilet and shower enclosure, and replacement of an electric shower with a new mixer. Stephen made great suggestions initially and a concerted effort to satisfy expectations throughout, never cutting corners. We honestly couldn't be happier with the result.

New bathroom and shower room to be fitted Absolute cow boy, avoid at all costs. Demands most of the money up front. Unrealible, taken over 10 weeks to complete bathroom which should have taken 4 max. Spent more time not here, than here, a thousand excuses as to why he can’t work. Untidy, left loads of rubbish outside my house as well as inside, despite promising to remove it. Left me with a hole in my ceiling because he was unable to put in an extractor fan. Bath panel not fitted properly. Leaking towel rail in main bathroom, towel rail in shower room not in right place, now can’t open door fully. All work completed is sub standard and not completed to a high standard as promised. I don’t know where all the other reviews on here have come from as they are clearly a load of lies.

New shower cubical Stephen managed to fit us in at short notice and kept us informed at every stage.

Cloakroom refurbishment Good communication and time keeping throughout. Stephen supplied well chosen products and was a neat and tidy worker. Plenty of good suggestions, easy to get on with and very capable. Happy with the job and price. Would use again.

Retile Kitchen Floor - large Ceramic tiles, Brentwood Stephen completely ripped out our old bathroom and installed a new one for us. He was lovely to work with, as was his Dad who came round from time to time. Very happy with the work and the quality of the job, would certainly recommend Stephen.
