"I replaced an extractor fan in her bathroom. The work was to replace a ceiling extractor fan in a bathroom. Chris confirmed the cost over the phone when I described what was required and that was the amount I paid. He came across as knowledgeable and unlike other contractors he just got on with the work that others said would take twice as long and cost twice as much. He was professional and courteous and explained what my options were if I decided to have a different type of fan. He made sure the area was clean and everything was back in place once he had finished. I was very pleased with the work and would recommend him to friends and family."

"I installed a new halogen PIR flood light on a 5amp fused spur at the back off the house and i replaced a swithed outdoor lantern above the front door. Chris was contacted to fit 2 outside lights. He turned up when asked he told us what was required and got straight on with the jobs. He was very tidy and took a lot of trouble ensuring that the place was as clean as when he arrived even though he had to drill holes in walls and run cables outside. On top of being very competitive with his estimate he was also a very nice young man. I would have no problem recommending him to friends and family."
