I used this Company to clean my carpets last year and recently to clean my sofas. I cannot recommend Ian highly enough. He is always on time, efficient, tidy, honest and does a beautiful job. His telephone number is in my mobile for when I next need a job doing.

Quality clean are an excellent company We had some stubborn stains on a settee and never really thought that they would disappear however after treatment from Ian they did and our carpets look like new too. Ian does excellent work and is very friendly and it was a pleasure to have him work in our house. We highly recommend this company.

We had used Quality Clean on 2 previous occasions. Having moved some 11 months ago and had time to settle, we could determine our full needs to remove all previous dirt and fully refresh the full 3 bedroomed house. It was fully carpeted and we took the opportunity to have our armchairs and lounge suite cleaned and protected. Ian had given us a very acceptable price after spending some 30 minutes previously to discuss everything from access, room-by-room sequence plan and movement of all furniture, which, he would undertake for us. He did not stop working except for a lunch break from his on-time arrival until 18.30 hrs. Everything he did was just first class and on completion, we thought we had new carpets and furniture. Throughout the day he would confirm with us anything that needed our attention or opinion. Cannot recommend Quality Care highly enough. After all they really do what it says on the tin!!

We have been using Quality Clean for close to 10 years now. Ian is exceptionally professional - punctual, reliable and efficient. He is removed some pretty horrendous stains from our carpets over the years. I’m always surprised and delighted with his results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Very high quality of work and Service
Ian cleaned the carpets in three bedrooms and one reception room. Additionally he applied a protective coat to eradicate some carpet moth activity and protect against future attacks. He also thorough clean two sofas that had bad staining from hair products and food and drink spillages. Ian arrived exactly on time and worked for several hours with one short break until the job was completed. He is personable and a pleasure to have in ones home. Before starting Ian explain what he was going to do and why and was happy to any questions . We are extremely pleased with what he achieved. Like other reviewers have commented the carpets and sofa look like new. The cost was less than expected and represents very good value for money. I strongly recommend Ian's Quality Clean. We will use his services again

We hired them to clean all the carpets in the house. He arrived on time, was courteous throughout and completed the work in the agreed time frame. The cost was lower than we expected based on the amount of work involved. I'm happy to recommend his services and we will use him again in the future.

Ian (Quality Clean) has been cleaning my carpets and sofas since 2009. He is extremely reliable, efficient and professional in the services he provides. My carpets and sofas look like new when he has completed the thorough and deep clean. He ensures everything is left clean and tidy after he has finished and does a first class job.

Good quality carpet cleaning. The work was fitted in at relatively short notice, done speedily, to a good standard, and things were kept neat and tidy. It was on the top floor (of three) but that presented no obstacle to the cleaning equipment. Thank you.

Ian has just cleaned our lounge carpet for the first time and has done an excellent job. He is very professional, very punctual and very tidy. The carpet had some extremely obstinate marks and we are so pleased with how it looks now. We will certainly be recommending Ian to friends and family!
