Large, 5 bedroom / 1600 sq ft, flat refurbishment in Poplar E14 Big refurb of 1650 sq ft flat, plus building 2 additional ensuites. Initial quote seemed reasonable but then once in, costs started to rise exponentially. Some work was done well, like the building component and flooring, but finishing was poor. Painting, particularly of internal doors, was done poorly, without removal of fittings first, so lots of overpainting and insufficient prep and coats. Regrouting and redecoration of front and rear patios was done poorly, with weeds already poking through. There was damage to existing bathtubs and WCs by not protecting surfaces and pouring waste materials down the pan. Everything was an argument with constant demands for more money e.g. front door only painted one side as the other side not included under "paint door". Lots of "snagging" - I only have manual on/off control of heating and hot water as "smart" thermostat won't connect, there are odd water pressures through some fixings...and now there's a leak under one of the WCs... Flat Power Refurb Ghenadie was very helpful and always on site, as well as considerate of the neighbors throughout. He would always pick up the phone and pause noisy works if requested by them, and kept the communal areas and driveway very tidy. To sum up, we had an excellent experience with Dagat and Ghenadie's team. They completed the job on time and were incredibly punctual, no delays to our agreed schedule. Their support went beyond the work itself: they helped us choose finishes for the bathroom and kitchen, offering valuable advice along the way. Communication was seamless. Overall, a very professional and reliable team!

Taken down & dispose of pergola and tools shed Ghenadie and Alex did a great job in taking down the old pergola and she in our back garden. Punctual, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

New Sink / Toiler + are grout Floor Tiles Professional, Super friendly and very talented. Punctual. Does the job as per how it should be done and highly professional. Rare to see people like this these days who take pride in their work. Refurbished my bathroom, fitted tiles, sink and mirror. Comes highly recommended and will be using again.

Full Refurb - 1,500 sqft Victorian House Dagat have done great job thoroughly renovation our house which took 6 months and the communication during the project was superb. After the completion, they have also been very responsive to all the queries we had. Highly recommend.

Renovation of 2 Bed 2 Bathroom with Small Terrace Ghen and his team did a brilliant job on our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat renovation. Ghen provided a detailed quote before starting the job and came round several times prior to starting to double check the requirements. He had great communication throughout the job and was always on the end of the phone if there was an issue or questions to be asked. We were new to building projects and Ghen made the process enjoyable (i wasn’t expecting to find a building project enjoyable!). He is still proactively checking in on us to make sure everything is working well, and has come round to sort out minor tweaks after completion.
