Tasked with filing down door so it could close properly. Left place is an horrible mess with sawdust, screws and metal strips everywhere. Also broke the door closer, promised to come back and fix but this never happened. Avoid !

Carpenter needed - changing internal doors Hired Marwan to do described job. Met on site, explained the job again, we agreed what needs to be done and what to start with. I went to purchase more materials, and whilst returning to site, run into Marwan around the corner, been told he’s “going out for a lunch” Once back on site, I noticed all his tools gone. He took one old door off, wrongly cut, routered and hinged new door panel, left mess everywhere and disappeared. I had to cancel all my plans and quickly finish the door myself, as leaving occupied bedsit without its front door on Friday evening was out of question . Tried to call him several times, sent texts, but no response. Very unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour. Stay away from this “tradesman”. Mario
