Plans for existing build, Very profesional, very happy with the service, very fast as I needed plans urgently, and very reasonable price. i highly recomend him
Architecture planning Very professional, spot on with the jobs. Brings up with lots of ideas and plan. I am so glad he has designed for the rear extension and front porch of my property whatever way I wanted, and also helped with planning permission. Thank you for doing my job.
Full structural plan for a loft conversion He is very keen to help, and willing to go the extra miles to get the job done
Architectural Drawings for extension and loft Vey knowledgeable & professional. Understood the requirements in a single visit. Very easy and flexible on changing drawings before submission. Quick response. Hassle free process. We just paid the application fee, he was dealing with the council to get the approval in one shot. I can highly recommend Jubayr to obtain the planning permission. (Updated on 9 Jun 2022)
Loft conversion and extension plans Done a good job. Managed to get more planning permission for an already extended property including a loft conversion. The drawings were good and the changes requested by the council were done quickly.

Add Dorma to existing converted loft Great work , efficient
Looking for an Architect for outline plans Jay did a great job. He turned around the drawings very quickly and high enabled our planning application to be lodged without delay. When issues arose with the planning department, he was responsive and ensured that matters were dealt with, with minimal fuss. Would definitely recommend his service! (Updated on 30 Sep 2021)

Drawings for garage conversion I spoke to Jay in length about what we wanted and he was extremely knowledgeable, polite and got back in touch with me straight away with an outline of quotes. We decided in the end to completely change our plans with what we wanted to do with our garden so didn't proceed with the work, however, I will definitely be using him for future projects. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else looking for an architect.
Pd loft conversion First time I have used Jay. I have found his communication skills very good, which is what I need in business and he has stuck by his deadlines. I also overpaid him by accident and he let me know. Drawings were as I wanted them after some small amendments. So I will be using Jay again.
Plans for single story side extension Excellent work, fast turn around and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend
Rear extension It has taken me ages to write this review and that is not a reflection on the excellent experience I had in working with Jubayr Islam. He was prompt to answer the call for assistance when I required retrospective planning permission for my new London home. When we first spoke he listened and asked questions to understand what my situation was and how he could help. As I required immediate assistance he was able to visit my property within 72 hours and kept an open dialogue going post his visit. His turnaround time in producing the required drawings was prompt and we made further adjustments pre-submission. I was demanding with my expected delivery of things and Mr. Islam was calm and delivered on time. I would work with him again and recommend his services to friends and family alike.
Single story extension Great communication and very flexible with whatever we asked. You can tell he is a well experienced individual.
Loft conversation with dormer and stairs. Jubayr is highly knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful with loft conversations. Unlike most architects Jubayr gives honest advice from the beginning and explains in a layman terms. On this occasion I did not use Jubayr's service because my loft convention was tricky but I will refer to him in the future and highly recommend him to friends and family.
