"Kaveh is clearly very experienced in floor restoration, providing good advice and restoring my severely damaged original 1930's oak parquet flooring to exactly it's original beauty, look and feel. And at a reasonable price. Punctual, high professional quality finish and tidied up properly at the end. Will definitely be using Kaveh again."

Detailed reviews
The contractor initially did a good job, but after he left, a water mark reappeared, possibly due to only one coating of paint or insufficient coverage. The tenant also reported some areas of mold reappearing. Additionally, a small area on the bathroom wall that was agreed to be painted was missed. Despite agreeing to return to finish the work, and after making the full payment, he has become unreachable. He mentioned he injured his back and that his friend would finish the job, but I have not been able to get in touch with him since.
