David Paterson Plumbing & Heating

David came to assess my problem on saturday 28th august and said he would get back to me on Monday. I gave him a few days grace then phoned him every day - sometimes twice or three time - and sent numerous texts. All ignored until today Tuesday 7th when he advised me he was too busy and that I could get someone else if i’d prefer. WHY COULD HE NOT HAVE SAID ORIGINALLY HE WAS TOO BUSY?? We have no cold water for baths and showers and my wife’s sister is coming to stay. For goodness sake - why play me along instead of just saying. Actually i’m more hurt than annoyed - thought he was a friend

Dave contacted me the same day as my enquiry to advise he could come see my tenants boiler. He arrived on the Friday as arranged and ive heard nothing from him since! He told my tenant he would be in touch with me to discuss....  I had to eventually chase him!  He replied to my one text advising he was chasing a price for a part and since then he's ignored all my follow up texts.  Save yourself some time and look elsewhere!

David completed our bathroom in a very timely manner and completed his work to a very high standard. The level of cleanliness was excellent, there was no mess whatsoever at the end of the job. I am really impressed with the job David has done in my bathroom and would highly recommend his company to anyone looking for any work to be done.
