Bathroom refurb Ahmed redid my entire bathroom (inc. wet room) and I couldn't recommend him enough. He is extremely conscientious, hard-working (even early/late and weekends) and very enjoyable to work with: friendly, very professional and reliable from start (quotes and price breakdowns and expectation management) to finish (details, accessories and a high-end finish). He was very helpful in Q&A, liaising with building control, sourcing materials and sorting any issues out, and seemed like a very careful and solid builder (ensuring everything is well built, waterproof, very safe etc.). Only if you are can start job in june - 2 new bathroom Most upsetting outcome…. We took everything that Ahmed promised in good faith and accepted his terms of contract. He came across as very decent knowledgeable and experienced and overall seemed a lovely guy. We have high standards and believed that Ahmed with his higher end quote along with all the confident talk would secure us the professional high end finish we were looking for. Unfortunately nothing could be further from the truth. Ahmed promised a team that he managed would be working on our bathroom. But in reality it was just him with the exception of a tiler and according to him a plumber who I never saw do any work on my job. Ahmed said they would be at our house at 8.30 daily but turned up after 11.30. Ahmed has all the knowledge but no practical skills, everything he did was of poor shoddy workmanship and we slowly watched as he wasted the expensive materials we bought by not using them properly. It was the most stressful 3 weeks we have ever experience with a builder and each day we dreaded seeing what he had done. The only day we were happy was when his tiler came and did the tiling, his work was excellent. But even this relief was short lived. The mistakes continued and in the end we asked him to leave. We’ve had to pay a professional plumber and tiler to finish the job and rectify the mistakes turns out the shower he fitted was also all wrong. You were explicitly happy with quality & delivery in all prior 7 steps - you could not have have possibly felt that way yet still happily be paying completed milestones. I DECLINED to continue any work for you because you [khalid] became abusive and realised you had made a mistake so you ‘had to pass blame’ (something I know you are now sorry for). New bathroom to be fitted Ahmed did a fantastic job on my flat in Wembley. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he gave a brilliantly personal service. I had a leak coming from a communal pipe into my bathroom. I'd had three plumbers look for the source before Ahmed found the source. The leak was hard to find but he persevered until he did got to the bottom of it. As well as this he gave me a competitive quote to refurbish the whole bathroom and redecorate other parts of the flat. The work done to redecorate the flat was excellent and he kept me updated at every turn and as well as that he recommended and helped me to buy any materials that were needed also. The service was first class and I would recommend him for any work that you need doing on your property, in any room of the house.

Bathroom tiling and shower mixer installation Ahmed completed the job over a weekend, working long hours and offered good advice on choice of materials and was clear on the costs upfront. (Updated on 3 Mar 2020)

Mount large TV Really helpful with buying the correct equipment and prompt with arranging time. Smaller points - didn't make adjustment for just one person (quoted for two) and reluctant to issue receipt. But overall happy with the work and professionalism.

New bathroom to be fitted We are extremely pleased with Ahmed Property Maintenance. We needed a completely new bathroom to be fitted. All the workers worked very hard. They even worked 2-3 hours after they were supposed to finish if there was a minor problem. Ahmed himself is very reliable, honest and caring person. We are so pleased with him that we have decided to let him do our entire kitchen as well next spring. We highly recommend him. Well done.

Custom shelving and put up shelves for storage Very professional, timely and patient from the beginning. Able to offer constructive advice and alternative solutions to help complete the job at a high standard and fair price. Help to purchase materials for me at a fair price and was flexible with timings. Lastly, I appreciated the way he cleaned up after the job was done. I will definitely continue to use Ahmed in the near future for any home improvement jobs.

New ground floor toilet/cloakroom Great service and quality of work from Ahmed. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

Install new wired RING security camera and door bell Ahmed was excellent from the first phone call to completion of the job. He was polite, pleasant and punctual and gave ideas to ensure we had considered all options before undertaking the work. I was very impressed with his calmness and ability to problem solve when the device was playing up due to a manufacturers issue. He did an excellent job with a very neat and tidy finish. I would happily call him back for future work and equally happy to recommend.

Wall mount Television Ahmed was very friendly and professional. He telephoned as soon as he had received my details to get a full understanding of the job and what was required so that he could get the correct materials. He arrived on time and telephoned in advance. He and his colleague were very friendly and professional with great attention to detail. Due to the layout of the sockets he had to order some additional materials and returned the next day to finish the job as he was not happy with the initial finish / look. i would highly recommend Ahmed and will get him to do future works for me

6 x CCTV cables need pinning to side of house Ahmed was brilliant person to engage on this small piece of work. Kept me up to date with his arrival, communications. Went out of his way to ensure I get the ducting type I needed. Worked really diligently, politely and complete sense of purpose. Very clean tidy, and very productive. Bits n pieces Ahmed is very well mannered, speaks good English and incredibly fast thinker and does the job to his and our satisfaction. He is not cheap. He is not expensive. He does job well for what he is paid for. I installed 2 curtain tracks, assembled 2 beds, 2 wardrobes assembled and fitted and few odd bits extra. All of the above work he did in less then 4 and half hours without stopping in the middle. I highly recommend who wants good job done.

Install new 4 channel wifi camera system by need power. Ahmed and his Brother did the job one day notice. Ahmed seemed very knowlegeble and he and his brother finished the project in good time it rained all day but it did not stop them from finishing the work on time. Overall am quite happy with the istallation. Happy to recommend them.
