"Paul came to have a look at our shower that had a broken switch on the same day I called him. He offered some really helpful advice so that we could fix it ourselves as it was a very simple job. We were able to order the part required cheaply thanks to Paul's recommendations and get the shower working again. Paul was extremely polite and very helpful, extremely grateful, thanks Paul."
