Once he'd identified and completed the task of removing the blockage, he tested and retested and even waited for me to run a short cycle in the washing machine to be certain everything was working before he left as I’d mentioned I was anxious about the problem reappearing once he’d gone. He also gave some invaluable advice on what to do to prevent it from happening again. Jas was thoroughly professional and personable from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to a friend.
