My elderly mother moved to a new house and had no heating. John came at short notice on a Saturday evening and did’nt leave until the heating was working. He later replaced the aged boiler with a new one and did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable and would definitely recommend him.

Really happy with the work done. We had central heating installed from scratch, in three story Victorian terrace. John was was extremely professional, approachable and understanding to our unique situation. There was good humour and he was open to answering as many questions as we had. Communication with John and his team was very good, with job completed in budget. We would definitely recommend them to others and use again.

John was very good. Sent me a text to let me know he was coming. Did a service on my 1 year old Worcester Bosch Greenstar 8000 Life boiler. I would highly recommend Eco-Gas London as a company for the installation of a New Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30 SI Compact combination boiler, associated pipe work and associated accessories. In particular, I would like to highlight the proficiency of the team who carried out my installation, and their warm engaging personalities, the team members were John Battams and Taylor. As with most projects there are unforeseen issues, which did occur on this installation and they did not phase the team at any stage, as they just assessed the issues and came up with the solutions to the problems. To confirm a highly professional and proficient installation by John and Taylor.

John and his team completed the work efficiently and went above and beyond to do a great job. Though the boiler replacement was a messy job the work was neat and tidy throughout and dare I say the flat was left cleaner than before they arrived. Eco-Gas London were highly professional and polite and we would not hesitate to recommend them. I commend Eco-Gas London over other 5* star companies on Which? and Chekatrade as we had called several places to help replace our old boiler and were met with rude responses, no callbacks or promises to arrange an appointment that never happened. Save yourself the bother and hire some real professionals who know what they are doing.

Our boiler stopped working and Eco Gas walked me through how to reset the pressure (even though I have no mechanical skills and was sure I'd make it worse). They were super efficient and patient, called when they said they would, and also checked back in after to see how it went. We have been using them since they installed our boiler about ten years ago and they are indispensable. Excellent service.
