"Scott was excellent. We had a leak in our hot water tank and once we contacted him he came out as soon as he could to look. We then agreed a day for him to come back to fit a new cylinder. The work was, as usual, excellent. He was clean and tidy and did everything he said he would. I was worried that he wouldnt come out because of COVID-19 but he did and used all possible social distancing methods. We were very please and very releaved to be able to use our hot water gain. I would highly recommend Scott from Echo Heat Wilts Ltd"
