Alison dealt with all the initial queries and provided the quote. When we finally spoke on the phone, she was great, very friendly and helpful. I was offered a visit earlier than anticipated, which suited me well. Justin came out to do the job and was also great, helpful and cheery. He did a really good job and offered suggestions for me to consider for the next time I call them (which I will do). Happy to recommend SGS to others."
