Prompt attention to a problem that was tripping fuses on a circuit that included a fridge freezer and other essential appliances. Work was done promptly, tidily and with courtesy.

Nigel was pleasant and courteous, job was done efficiently with a neat finish. He arrived about 45 minutes early as a prior job had cancelled at short notice - a little inconvenient for us but not really a problem. We had to point out a small snag that he missed (some wiring needed re-attaching to the wall) and there was a small amount of waste that he removed immediately when we showed him it. Again not really a problem. He cheerfully provided advice in answer to a couple of questions and took time to quote for another potential job in the house. Overall, the job was well done. Would recommend.
