We have used a few plumbers locally and when we used Alex about 6 years ago he was just spot on, first class and a perfectionst. We now don't use anyone else as he is our go to plumber. I couldn't fault him. We highly recommend him and now he goes to our friends and family plumbing jobs

Alex is great and a clean perfectionist, He will make sure the work is done to the best standard and he will make sure it is left all nice and tidy.

I had a new boiler fitted by Alex. He was able to fit me in really quickly when my old boiler packed in. He carried the work out quickly and I was really impressed with how thorough Alex was. Alex was really considerate whilst I was working from home and always kept me updated with what was happening.

Contacted Alex when I realised there was a water leak behind my kitchen sink unit. He called the same day, in between planned jobs, to take a look and see what he could do. The water leak was far worse than I’d anticipated being found under the floorboards, water spraying out from the old lead pipe below the stop tap. It was a wonder I hadn’t got an underground swimming pool as by the looks of it had been leaking a very long time. He managed to get under the floorboards without having to dismantle my sink unit and make a temporary repair. He said he would return the following week to replace the damaged piping. However he called me two days later to see if I was at home and came back to finish the job. Very pleased I found him on Trusted Traders, he’s a thoroughly nice guy, professional, no mess and I won’t hesitate to use him again. Have already passed his details on to two friends .

To add to.my comment had a slight leak on a rad called Alex and responded very quickly and came at a time that was convenient for me aboultey first class. Would highly recommend chaps plumbing. Used Alex twice in last 4 months, both times for plumbing issues, on both occasions he has arranged to come the same day, resolved the issue quickly and professionally at a reasonable price . Will be more than happy to contact him for any future work needed

Alex replaced an en suite shower and cubicle, excellent job finished to a very high standard. All done on time, on budget and on schedule, I will use again and highly recommend .

I made my initial enquiry via telephone and was able to speak directly with Alex on his mobile. I explained our kitchen tap was constantly dripping and wanted it replacing; our bathroom tap was corroded; we needed a new bathroom sink unit; the boiler needed a service; and we asked for a quote for installing a small ensuite cloakroom. As requested, I sent Alex a text of our address and he replied which I took as a good sign. Alex came over a couple of days later to assess the work needed, and took me through how he’d need to approach the work etc. We agreed he’d quote for everything except the ensuite which he’d look at in more detail whilst doing the other work. Alex asked me to send him via WhatsApp pics/links to any kitchen taps or bathroom sink units I liked which I did and also raised queries too, and Alex also sent us details of the products he intended to source. Alex came to do the work 2 weeks later, and the work was done to the agreed schedule and budget. We feel Alex was reliable, thorough, his workmanship of good quality, and communication was easy and prompt. A couple of days after doing the job, Alex sent through the quotes for the ensuite, which we’ve already booked in.
