Martin came to us quickly and identified the problem in no time. We needed a new part so he checked the price and quoted for labour ahead of doing any work, to make sure we were happy. As soon as the part arrives he got in touch to change it over. Really efficient and great communications throughout. It is the second time we have used and would really recommend!

Great experience - I was trying to revive a very old tired bathroom and am really pleased with the result. It was difficult to try and blend the old with the new but Martin researched products for me and came up with fittings that blended well, and at a reasonable cost. The quote was prompt and detailed, and broken into sections so I could decide what work to have done (I had all the works). Communication was excellent and the apt for the work prompt. On the day Martin worked quickly and without mess. I’m thrilled to bits with the outcome.
