Ladi was a very calm and diligent worker, also very friendly and social. He ordered the new underlay and laminate based on the measurements of the room and fitted my floor very fast. I was so happy with the speed of his work and he knew a lot about almost all construction problems so he was good to talk about other jobs that also needed to be done. All an all, he did a good job for the laminate needed for a new floor which became a bedroom for my mum

Leaking roof Lav and his team did absolute brilliant job with our roof. They were quick, super professional, easy to deal with and the finished job was perfect. We will definitely use him with our future jobs & would recommend to anyone who is looking fo someone good!

Studwork, floor structure, boxing and remove joist Ladi and his team were superb. They completed the full refurbishment of the house. Project was not always straightforward but they did a very good job and work hard. Would highly recommend, they are doing more work for us 5*

Laminate flooring required for one room Hi, I am not someone who leaves reply normally but I have had such an incredible experience I really had to leave one. Lavdrim has just completed my job after only coming to give me a quote for it 3 days ago. He is very professional, very experienced in his field of work and very eager to make sure your experience is seamless. I had been told by so many people recently that they cannot find work men to do simple jobs and yet I just found such a great builder who I will definitely use again and I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family. It is so rare for me to be so excited about a builder but Lavdrim is like none other I have met to date. I was really needing my floor laminated as soon as possible and he not only delivered faster that I have ever seen, he also picked up the laminate floor for me too. He is super trustworthy and punctual, I really cannot recommend him enough. Thank you heaps Lavdrim and see you again

- Doors to be fitted: 20 - Customer already has the door(s) - Door(s) description: White Primed fore doors - Customer already has the door furniture **Customer description** Door frames, doors, architraves, skirting to be installed Lav came to install 20 doors and frames for our job as a main contractor, they were told that this needs to be done in 2 stages, first fitting the frames and after a few weeks when we receive the doors they need to fit the doors and ironmongery on them. They fit the frames, got the big chunk of the money and never came back to fit the doors stating that it was late and they got busy which is not the issue here! The issue is that out of 20 frames they fitted, 15 were faulty, were out of level, cut short, were not joint together properly, All frames were fitted with only expansion foam with a few or no screws. If only I could upload photos of their work I would have needed to write anything in here! So overal negative feedback based on their very poor quality of work and not based on them not returning to finish their work. Answer from tradesperson: Hi Mousa That feedback is not true Because the deal was 4 weeks after I finish my door frames , When I fitt all the frames u were happy and u make it my payment after 3 days we dealing I got screenshot conversion WhatsApp After 4 weeks I text about the doors if arrived but u haven’t reply 2 months later u text me the plaster has finish and I need to come back to finish your doors they arrived,and in that moment I was busy another job because our deal was 4 weeks waiting not 2 months , please kindly remove negative feedback, Regards Ladi Reply created 3 Aug 2022

Partition Stud Wall in bedroom Ladi and his team were highly professional and always courteous. We are very happy with the job and would not hesitate to recommend him. 5 stars.

Garage roof replacement Excellent work by Lavdrim and team. Fully converted my garage including a new fibre glass roof and structure, plaster boarding the inside, skimming, rendering the out side and painting the whole the thing. Also replaced the windows. Fully finished job, looks totally amazing. Cannot thank the guys enough. Lovely to work with, punctual and no corner cutting. Do not hesitate to call them!

Fix Squeaking Chipboard Lavdrim was absolutely brilliant - gave a quick quote including all materials and was able to start immediately. He had to move some stuff around to replace very old chipboard floors and was incredibly accommodating and understanding. He massively improved the squeaking old chipboard and the one squeak that was left he organised to have fixed a few days later again at very short notice (I called him at 9am and he had it fixed by 12!). I would highly recommend him for any work. 10/10, and a pleasure to deal with which can be so rare!
