2 Bed Partial Renovation in Barons Court Asen did an incredible job! In just under 4 weeks he managed to assemble a team and complete renovation on a 2 bed flat including: * Full rewiring, new lights, updating and adding sockets * Fixing rotten and uneven subfloor and levelling the whole house * Wood flooring throughout - done excellently with no thresholds * New boiler and all new radiators * Built a pocket door at the porch to stop our kitties from escaping * Tiled the fireplace * Skirting, decorating and repainting the entire flat * Dealt with gutting the place and arranging pickup of rubish The place looks and feels amazing and everything works! Asen was good on the price, kept to the (very tight) timelines, great communication throughout and overall very professional and friendly! Pics shows after and during the work, ignore the moving boxes.

Leaking from toilet pipe Had Asen coming to fix my toilet leaking, very friendly and knowledgeable. Done the job properly and hopefully everything is working now.

New bathroom fitting They did a good job on getting my bathroom sorted. It did take a little longer than I would’ve hoped for but they kept me updated throughout the process. I did have issues with the shower leaking after they had completed but the builder made every effort to rectify the leak at no additional cost which was greatly appreciated. All in all I would recommend as they do a good job and offer competitive prices.

Remove, supply and replace door on bedroom and bathroom Asen was excellent. Very kind and friendly person and did a great job. I absolutely love our new doors and he sorted everything out, from sourcing and buying the doors to fitting them. He also came back a couple of days later to help fit our curtains! We recommend.

Install new kitchen appliances Asen was great. We hired him to install new white goods and a double oven in our kitchen. He started straight away and finished the job quickly at a reasonable rate. He even came back a few days later when we were having issues with our dishwasher that turned out to do be a problem with our pipes; he gave us advice on how to sort this out free of charge. He's very professional and honest- highly recommend!

Alter internal door direction I am writing this review with profound disappointment and frustration after a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience with Asen. I must say that I am very disappointed with the quality of his work. His lack of professionalism, subpar workmanship, and unscrupulous practices have left me deeply dissatisfied and compelled to share my experience with others. He arrived late for our scheduled appointment. To make matters worse, it was evident that he was in a rush to complete the job and move on to another project, without giving proper attention to the task at hand. The door alignment and hinge installation were executed poorly, resulting in a door that is now misaligned and difficult to open. The quality of work was subpar, and it is clear that he did not take the time or care to ensure a proper installation. It's evident that His lacked the expertise and attention to detail required for such a task. The only aspect of their work that met minimal expectations was the kitchen cabinet installation.To add insult to injury, he requested additional fee to filling the hinge gap which is part of job, despite it not being part of our initial agreement. In light of this unfortunate experience,I was forced to hire another trade person to rectify the numerous deficiencies in his work.This added additional time and expense. In summary, my experience with He was marked by poor workmanship, and an unprofessional attitude.I cannot recommend their services for carpentry work to anyone. Toilet & Sink Job I hired Asen to replace my toilet and sink in the bathroom for new ones with an added cabinet under the sink. Before he started I also added a new radiator to the job too. The entire job took a whole day and Asen was fantastic. He's very friendly, Polite and Professional. In the end he also helped me out by installing two rails and a toilet paper holder. He did a great job and he is very fair with his pricing. I intend to use him again for any future jobs.

Fire doors hmo Asen has done a great job as he said he would do! I’m very pleased with the fire doors and he followed strictly the regulation!

Leaking shower - from drainage pipe Very pleased with Asen's work. He repaired the leaking shower taking care to find source of leak and offering different options for access. He arrived on time, was clean, polite and tidy and finished the job in a timely manner. He has a range of skills including plumbing and carpentry, plastering and painting. He did an additional job I had of installing a stairgate and tidied up the sealant in the bathroom. I would not hesitate to recommend him and I will certainly ask him for any further jobs I have

Installing a kitchen This guy is a hero. Careful, diligent, personable, methodical, skilful, fast, tidy, punctual, highly empathetic... with a very fair price. I was in a nightmare situation - the contractor I originally hired couldn't finish the job, we were already over-budget, stress levels were high, with barely a cabinet built. Asen walked in and took the stress away, his energy is what we needed. He explained the process and re-assured us that everything will get back on track - and it did, masterfully. We are hugely pleased with the outcome of our integrated kitchen. The kitchen was a tricky place - uneven walls and floors, old school pipes etc etc... nothing Asen couldn't handle. Even after a long day, his standards never dropped, clearly a person for whom pride in doing the best possible job comes first. Even when I messed up by getting the wrong door for the washing machine, he skilfully found a solution, keeping the stress levels and budget at bay. For his skills, attention to detail and personality, I highly recommend Asen.

Polyfor vinyl installation Asen did a very good job in fitting polyflor lino in my bathroom. Job was very neatly done to a professional standard and will employ him again and also recommend him to friends.

Vinyl sheet non slip, splashproof flooring floor on ply Asen did a perfect job and was a pleasure to employ. He came to quote and suggested practical solutions. The work was done efficiently, on time and to cost, with extra effort and care for the occupiers. I am a retired architect and l recommend Asen for flooring and plumbing work.
