Resolve a temperature issue with my shower Petr was extremely efficient, friendly and tidy. He explained how I could resolve the initial problem myself and was honest enough to say it could be: "a 5 minute job"! I subsequently asked him to repair my en suite. His quote was realistic and broken down so even I could understand it! It ended up being a slightly trickier job than first anticipated but Petr stuck to his original quote. Valiant 831 - f28 and over pressure Petr is very professional and honest. Advised us to contact Valiant directly regarding warranty. Turned out that our boiler was still under warranty and Valiant sent people to come and fix it on the same day. Without the advise from Petr we would have paid a lot more for the repair ourselves. Highly recommend him.
