I am happy to recommend the plumbing side of Forth Plumbing and Joinery. William Malloy and his colleague are excellent plumbers who have sorted out the 3 plumbing problems for me. William has responded quickly and courteously (both by telephone and e mail) to my requests for assistance and attended with only a short delay and at the times arranged. The work was performed well and checked carefully and I would not hesitate in using the firm again should I need assistance in the future.

Professional and competent service and priced fairly and reasonably. They are also quick to reply and quick to help with any urgent (ish) jobs like leaking pipes or taps.

An excellent job fitting my new bathroom. The work was completed on time, on budget and to an excellent standard.

The plumber arrived promptly after my call, identified the replacement part required, which he sourced and fitted the next morning. A very professional job and I would have no hesitation in recommending Forth Plumbing.

Despite being two staff short due to illness, Willie Malloy came to my premises on Sunday and completed most of the work during that day. He completed the work on the Monday. A very hard worker and great to find a workman prepared to put himself out for the benefit of his customer.

Willie came out to see the job hours after I phoned to say the shower was running and wouldn't switch off. He explained what needed done and was happy to fix the bath plug system as well. He visited on Friday and came back on Monday to replace the shower and fix the plug. Great service and a great job.

William was courteous and polite arrived on time to give me a quote, sourced a shower the same day and fitted it. His work men turned up exactly at the time they said they would. Fitted it in a short space of time, tested it was fully working before they left and tidied up.

This feedback applies to multiple projects as listed above and included plumbing and joinery work mainly plumbing. This has been a house renovation and a lot of flexibility and innovation was required. Willie at Forth provided lots of help and ideas. Everything meets Building Standards and was verified by Building Control as part of the wider inspection. A pleasure to work with and have been a big help to us.

Good communication from Willie, and he arrived when he said he would (gratefully, at quite short notice after my initial contact with him). Good survey of work required, good standard of work, kept within the time-frame promised, and came in under budget! Would certainly recommend them for any work in this area.
