Completely useless. Plumber came three weeks ago and said he had to order a part for my leaking boiler. Zero contact ever since. Boiler has been leaking ever since. I get the impression they are not interested in small jobs.
Very pleased with work done and very helpfull company .
Our old boiler was becoming more and more temperamental so we approached Fuller Heating for a quote for a new one. Adrian inspected our boiler and controls and gave us a recommendation based on the size of our house and the position of the gas meter etc. We opted to change the motorised valves and the pump at the same time as they were coming to the end of their life. The work was carried out on time and took as long as we were told it would despite some of the pipe work in the airing cupboard not being easy to bet to ( it is now!). Mark, who carried out the work was friendly and courteous.
