Great, diagnosed fault and fixed it. Taken over the maintenance from my installer who had disappeared. Communicated clearly quoted and turned up on time!

After arranging an appointment Ian did not turn up, did not cancel the appointment, I had to call the office, where they did not know about the appointment and they had to call Ian and then cancel my appointment
