“I met Max few weeks ago when he came for a boiler annual check. Unfortunately, the boiler had some issues. Max made sure everything was shut off my own safety. Yesterday, he replaced it with a new one. Wonderful guy, worked very hard, no messing around and left the place as clean as he could. Very respectful and friendly towards me. Got here, did the work, explained things to me about the new boiler functionality etc and he was very patient as I'm not into technology etc. I would definitely recommend him to friends.”
