So if you have those concerns, let me put them ease. GBS attended, looked at the issue, quoted me a fair price, and then called back to book the job. David turned up today. Lovely guy. Clearly enjoy his work. The job wasn’t a particularly easy one today (toilet needed removing and a part replacing).
