Incredible service. Paul installed a new boiler for my elderly relatives within a couple of days when we’d been let down by British Gas. He attended on a Sunday & went above and beyond to turn things around to reinstate heating and hot water for them in record time. Can’t recommend this company enough. In a world of robots and apps Gasline have completely reassured me that excellent customer service does still exist. Thank you!!!

I found Paul on here and rang him because he's the only one with 5 stars. He lived up to his stars. very friendly and polite. explained what he was doing and why and had answers for everything i asked. it's difficult to find decent trades people these days but this is one i've saved in my phone. definitely recommend

Our underfloor heating had stopped working and Paul attended promptly to assess the potential problem .he identified a possible blockage in the mixer valve which was causing the hot water not getting into the manifold to function properly . He removed the valve and some pipe and cleaned them out of grit and sludge and got it working . Fortunately no parts to pay out for .cant thank Paul enough .great guy ,very friendly knows his stuff .wouldnt go to anyone else now and he is a busy guy but turned out promptly .thankyou would reccommend without hesitation.

Paul and his colleague Anthony installed our new central heating system over 3 days. Their work was exemplary, providing us with all the necessary information as they carried out their work. They arrived promptly and worked with no mess. The quote provided was very good value and the system now works brilliantly. I would highly recommend Paul’s company.
