"Booked Howard to come to a fault on our alarm after seeing reviews on Checkatrade. Howard arrived 10 minutes early & was a pleasure to deal with. After establishing that the fault was likely to be a replacement battery & not a faulty kitchen sensor as we had suspected, he ruled out the latter by disconnecting from the mains supply to see if the battery kept it's charge which it didn't. Howard replaced the battery, showing me the old one with it's date on & thoroughly checked it was working before leaving. I would have no hesitation in recommending Howard & am keeping his number for future use"

Howard did a fantastic job he was polite, courteous, on time and explained everything that he was doing. I would highly recommend him. He charged a good price and was kind enough to give advice for the future too! I will definitely be using his services in the future.
