The plumber they sent was polite and friendly and knew what he was talking about. He diagnosed the issues and had a solution offered to us. However the pricing is ridiculous. They wanted £470 for something our local plumber did for £150.

A leak in multiple places of the lead mains water pipe. Was a tricky job due to the internal stop tap also having a leak and there being no external one. Required a visit from United Utilities and the installation of an exernal water tap to complete the job, but glad to finally have this tap now which the property has needed for a while. Appreciate the plumber Luke for going above and beyond and sticking around until late after his finishing time on Friday and for getting the job done under difficult conditions.

I was extremely satisfied with the level of customer service I received. We had an upstairs bathroom leak that needed urgent attention and JB plumbers were round that morning and fixed within an hour. Would definitely recommend.
I had a leak through my bathroom ceiling and called JB7 to come and locate it. They gave me a same day appointment and kept me in the loop of when they would arrive. The fix was carried out professionally and quickly with minimal mess. Will be using them for all plumbing needs going forward.
radiator reinstallation
they had previously come to.remove the radiators for a damp course. came back to reinstall them. the lads was on time communicative and a perfectionist. very tidy worker.
