install two triple glazed windows and grey uPvc trims Jack seems very nice on the phone and after agreeing to meet him at my place for survey visit and quote, he cancelled an hour before scheduled booking for business logistical reasons and so it was rebooked for next day. However as I was expecting me to update me as to what time he would arrive today, he failed to let me know or bother to call me. I left few messages but he did not bother to even reply.Disappointed and quite unprofessional before he even began any work so I will not be using his services for that reason.
