"The job turned out to be much more involved and complicated that thought and went wrong resulting in a leak through to the kitchen ceiling. However, Derick simply got on with it, fixed the original issue perfectly, and all subsequent “side issues” including making good any water spills, minor ceiling damage and even repainted to make sure we were happy. A “simple job” turned into a 5 hour job and there was not one complaint. Jobs don’t always go as planned and it is how you deal with issue that defines a goods tradesman.Fantastic service in difficult circumstances. Highly recommend."

The work was completed to a high standard and additional damp proofing and insulation in a bay window which was beautifully finished.
