Flat pack furniture assembly Phoned me on the day I posted ad and arranged a day to do job that that worked perfect for me. Arrived 20 minutes early and cracked on 2 large wardrobes built with no hassle everything left tidy. Good comms Great job Will use again
Gardening Lawns difficult to cut as v long and wet - did a good job in circumstances. It will cut more easily next time. James worked hard and even raked up as much as he could where mower had failed to pick up. He will come every 2 weeks. Very pleasant and polite - have recommended him to near neighbours. So pleased I found him on my builder site.

Door jamming and rusty step. A top contractor. Quick, reliable and knows his stuff. Does not try rip you off and actually went over and above what he said he would do. Very easy going and no fuss at all, he got all the jobs done efficiently and was well prepared with all the necessary screws tools etc. would highly recommend him. Driveway gate repair James arrived as he had said he would, got straight on to fixing my driveway gate (In the pouring rain). He has done marvels with the gate security, and it now opens so much easier. Will definitely use his services again. Hi, I run a handyman service with over 15 years experience in the maintenance industry,working the Lincolnshire coastal area from Skegness to Grimsby, undertaking commercial and domestic household repairs including plumbing (water),painting , glazing replacement/boarding,gardening ,small odd jobs , assembling sheds, flat pack furniture and fencing, slabbing and specialising in end of tenancy repairs/refreshes, along with all the usual property needs . Please note I don’t do electrical or gas .
