"We originally gave very good feedback for their initial work with us. We reemployed them to replace our garage roof and to clean and repair the guttering to our house. The day after they completed their work issues arose with the repairs that we rbrought to their attention. A significant number issues arose with their original work with us. We contacted them on numerous occasions during lockdown to arrange resolution. They promised to attend notwithstanding lockdown. They didn't attend for the appointment they made. We then made further contact by phone. We then e-mail and wrote to them."
