Demolish and clear small brick shed Andrew, is a professional, friendly, and very capable builder. Without fuss, he arranged the demolition and clearance of my concrete outbuilding, as well as cleared a lot of other items too. Would definitely hire again.

Emergency repair to flat roof Andrew was excellent, although 23rd December, came out and completed a temporary repair which has held during exceptional wind and rain. Have hired him to replace the roof when the weather improves. Highly recommend!

Small jobs that need attention! Very pleased with end result and happy to recommend

Re-painting of outside wall Andy contacted me about my job and we communicated mainly by phone because I live in the Midlands and own the house concerned in Penryn. It was a bit of an awkward job as we had to involve a neighbour to gain access to the outside wall in question. Throughout the process Andy kept me informed about progress and sent before and after photos. Feedback from the neighbour was that Andy was very friendly and polite and treated her property with respect. I would have no hesitation in hiring Andy again and indeed intend to have the other walls of the house painted by him next summer.

Front garden wall: remove all flaking paint and repaint Andy was very prompt in his MB communications and likewise for our first meet up and I felt comfortable in his presence from the outset. I enjoyed talking to him and welcomed his advise, yet he was never pushy. Indeed he comes across as a very approachable guy. I asked if he could send his quote swift and this was done, and it was reasonable also. I cannot state how good Andy is when it comes to communication which is something I welcome and appreciate very much. The job was done and to a very pleasing standard. Andy has carried out another job for me in the back toilet of the same house, involving removing flaking paint and skimming, filling in, and repainting. Again the standard is high and the price reasonable. Another factor I like about Andy is that he will supply all materials whereas I've found some professionals require me to obtain various items which makes an onus on me as I work full time and are generally busy with hobby and family. I have now given Andy another small job inside the house. In summary - Andy does exactly what he says he will do, and you cannot ask more than that. Anyone reading my feedback will come to see I do not give good feedback without putting thought and opinion into it, so in this regards when I say I recommend Andy then I mean it :)
