Guttering and Soffit work Works were carried out quickly and professionally - really pleased with my new guttering! Would recommend!
Chimney taken down and replaced with new 2 flued one. We are very please with the standard of work & professionalism of Mr Yates. We would certainly use Mr Yates again for any building work and happily recommend him to to others requiring building work done.
Roof on a bungalow Shaun completed a thorough assessment, reassuring me that the roof and timbers were dry and sound. He drilled 2 small air ventillation holes in the chimney. We are very satisfied with his services and will recommend him in the future. Thank you Shaun.

Replace/Fix a few tiles on me roof Shaun could not have been nicer, he was prompt and finished the job within hours of posting. He kept me up to date with everything as I personally wasn’t there at the property and even sent me pictures of progress and completion. He was reasonably priced too and would highly recommend him and would definitely use his services again in the future. Thanks Shaun

Garage conversion Shaun is a good worker, prompt and consistent in his effort, we are very happy with the part garage conversion done for us recently.

garage conversion We found Shaun through my builder and he has done a great job for us, he removed an old garage door fitted a window in its place, filling in the bottom with block and replaced a window and door, very neat tidy work. We can highly recommend him and we will definately use him again when we need work done in the future.

We are clean, tidy, and polite. Can cope with a 10min roof repair to a complete extension, a tap washer to a complete bathroom installation. No job is too small. NO VAT!! Please call me for advise
