I contacted Harry via Trust a Trader late evening on the 09.12.2025 as I had no hot water from my immersion tank/heater and only had cold water to my property. I was contacted the same evening offering to visit my property the next day to try and resolve the issue. Harry visited on the 10.12.2025 around midday, arrived on time, voluntarily removed their shoes at the threshold and placed down a protective mat on my wooden floor where he would be working which I greatly appreciated and quickly and efficiently resolved the issue, I now have hot water again to my property and I am extremely grateful for the professionalism of service I received and how quickly it was dealt with, in order to resolve my issue. If anyone is looking for a plumber and/or heating engineer, I highly recommend Harry. The previous boiler and hot water cylinder in our home left much to be desired, and Harry kindly took the time to review all of the options until we finally settled on the system we now have installed. And it has made such a difference! The heating is now much more efficient, and it is terrific that you no longer have to worry about unintentional cold showers. From the initial point of contact to outlining the estimate, Harry answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. He also discussed ways to set up the heating system to ensure it would run as efficiently and reliably as possible. The home was left clean at the end of each day, and you can tell by the attention to detail that Harry cares a lot about the high quality of his work. My husband and I will call Harry for all future work and will not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

Initially asked Harry to complete a boiler service at our previous property and he ended up finding a major fault with the boiler that had only been installed within the previous 24 months. We were really impressed with his work and subsequently asked him to have a look at the plumbing in our new property. He recommended installing a new unvented system to replace the existing vented system (combi wasn’t suitable because of the number of bathrooms) and we are hugely impressed with his work. The system works fantastically well and his work is incredibly neat and tidy. He worked very long hours to get the work done and stuck to his original budget despite the work taking him longer than expected. Top guy and, based on our experience, great at his job.

I contacted Harry for my boiler. When the water heater was turned on it was heating the radiators as well, which was causing issues it's a bit too hot to have the radiators on. Harry was round within 2 hours as agreed, and was professional, polite and so helpful. He answered all my questions and there were several. He fixed the issue and it's now working properly again. I will definitely be having Harry back for safety checks and any other issues. I am also very relieved to have found someone I can trust.
