From Start to Finish, We have nothing but praise and gratitude, How Mick and Dan totally took care of our needs with the upmost care. Firstly we explained our problems we entrusted Mick to choose the type of Kitchen taps we wanted and were guided to the best solution to meet our needs. The chosen replacement was much better than we expected. In addition we also had our old seized stopcock that needed to be replaced and gate valve was installed in our airing cupboard. The quality of workmanship, and tidiness of all the work concerning the Stop Cock and Gate Valve, we are so pleased with and pleasantly exceed our expectations. Yes Harvest Plumbing completed the work within schedule and budget. All of their qualities such as, customer service and value for money, and this excellent workmanship, helpfulness are all the hallmarks of a reliably, dependable and trustworthy trader, and therefore it gives me great pleasure to recommend them. My immersion heater failed on me, I contacted several Heating engineers at random but got an immediate and helpful response from Mick at Harvest Plumbing and gas. Mick and his colleague Dan came to my house later the same day, quoted and on a basic repair with the caution as my unit might be passed repair, Dan visited the following day but unfortunately couldn't fix so made a temp solution to at least provide hot water in the interim. I received a quick and competitive revised quote for a replacement unit, Mick kept me up to speed over the subsequent few days, though their temp fix helped and as soon as they received the new unit it was efficiently installed by Dan, who also could not have been more helpful of efficient. I would really recommend Harvest - refreshing to suddenly receive such excellent service from a company I had never used before especially during the currently difficult times!

We had water coming through the bathroom ceiling, called the firm and they attended in 40 mins. Ordered new parts and fitted it on VE day (Bank Holiday) at no extra cost. Excellent service and would recommend Dan who attended to anyone.

From beginning to end of installing a new boiler in a compact and not easily accessible site Mick Daws and his team have been brilliant. Mick was always very prompt to respond to emails, texts or phone calls and clearly explained the works needed to upgrade my old CH system. Nor was he phased by my many queries pre and during the contract, which finished not only on time but also spot on the reasonable quotation. When unforeseen issues arose on site we resolved them quickly and satisfactorily and an initial teething problem after the commissioning of the boiler was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. His team were polite and professional, keeping the site as clean as possible, arriving on time and at times, particularly Dan, staying beyond normal working hours to complete a section of work. This is a company that goes the extra mile. I shall be using them for my annual boiler servicing and have no hesitation in recommending them.
