On Completion of the works carried out everything looked lovely however on closer inspection we noticed some cracks the patio that was laid has started to sink already the pointing was terrible as it was all coming away. The Fred Astaire steps that was turned into a small balcony and new steps placed is all uneven and looks shabby, there is concrete stains on most of the balcony slabs and steps and block paving which cannot come off. Contractors were meant to come and rectify on the date that we agreed and time No one showed no one answered our calls. Very disappointing. Would not recommend
The guys turned up on time. Kept us updated. Very reliable and polite. Standard of work was excellent and they most definitely take pride in their work . Would definitely recommend. We will definitely use these again.
