"The quality of workmanship has been first class. The contractor overcame problems that were out of his control professionally by having third party skilled sub contractors around him. Bradley used his experience to demonstrate adjustments to the layout at the very beginning to insure my satisfaction and to prevent changes when it would cause increased costs."
