Leaking concrete gutter was causing damage in bedrooms & bathroom. From my initial inquiry, the preliminary survey was next day & the work was completed less than a week later, along with clearing the roof of moss & repointing ridge tiles. The property is my late aunt's & I don't live locally but Chris and his team couldn't have been more helpful in liaising with the neighbour regarding access to get the job done. An excellent service from the initial phone call to job complete. Empire was recommended to me as top quality and I would have no hesitation in passing that recommendation on.

We needed the roof and gutters cleaned and quite extensive roof repairs. The whole process, from the initial estimate from Chris through to completion of the work was straightforward and speedy, completed within the predicted deadlines and we were kept fully informed throughout. The two roofers, Archie and Charlie were friendly and did an excellent job and the price for the whole job was very reasonable. An excellent company to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Recommend this company. No sales pressure. Arrived on time. Friendly and efficient. Needed to return due to adverse weather but again arrived as stated. This is the second time I have used them. Once for Barge Board and this time for roof pressure wash and repair.

Empire UPVC & Roofing Specialists Limited were asked repair some guttering issues and remove sediment from the guttering. In addition they performed an all round soffit and facia clean, which now looks like new. Representatives, both polite and knowledgeable, turned up on time, on the day booked, and started work immediately and completing in a timely fashion. Completely satisfied with the job done.
