Having seen the team from EMPIRE working on a neighbours house and being impressed by their work, I reached out for my own quote. Great communication from the start, work began when agreed and was completed by a team that were courteous and did a fantastic job. Once again Empire have pulled it out of the bag! A piece of drainpipe had come away which they had previously installed they came exactly on time fixed within minutes and apologised that this had happened! They had re felted my flat roof 2 yrs ago and the service was exactly the. Same Cant fault this Company and wouldn’t use anyone else!!

Leaking concrete gutter was causing damage in bedrooms & bathroom. From my initial inquiry, the preliminary survey was next day & the work was completed less than a week later, along with clearing the roof of moss & repointing ridge tiles. The property is my late aunt's & I don't live locally but Chris and his team couldn't have been more helpful in liaising with the neighbour regarding access to get the job done. An excellent service from the initial phone call to job complete. Empire was recommended to me as top quality and I would have no hesitation in passing that recommendation on.

We needed the roof and gutters cleaned and quite extensive roof repairs. The whole process, from the initial estimate from Chris through to completion of the work was straightforward and speedy, completed within the predicted deadlines and we were kept fully informed throughout. The two roofers, Archie and Charlie were friendly and did an excellent job and the price for the whole job was very reasonable. An excellent company to deal with. Recommend this company. No sales pressure. Arrived on time. Friendly and efficient. Needed to return due to adverse weather but again arrived as stated. This is the second time I have used them. Once for Barge Board and this time for roof pressure wash and repair.
