Terrible experience with Impact building solutions. The job was supposed to be finished in December but this rolled over to January which I was understanding of . There were various issues throughout however the major issue was the incorrect plumbing of the hot and cold in the shower. This was fixed in March yet I am still waiting for bathroom to be re-grouted after this has been fixed. It has not been 3 months since This was promised to be resolved. Various personal issues have been highlighted for delay, however no resolution in this time is unacceptable and shows terrible professionalism

Most issues were rectified within the first 3 weeks, this was after a lot of chasing and upsetting messages and conversations. There was an issue that was classed as additional works, Lewis agreed to supply labour at no extra charge to me, unfortunately three months later I have had to pay another tradesman to complete the job.

Lewis and his team at Impact have done a fantastic job installing our new en suite. Lewis has some great design ideas but also makes sure everything it totally the customers choice. The team work hard, they keep the area as clean and tidy as possible and they’re a pleasure to have around. We’ve invited Lewis and the team back to complete a further en suite for us later in the year and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for work done.
