Added bathroom and patio on to job which wasn’t a problem. We didn’t live at the house while the work was being done. Very Communicative - regularly checking in with us to make sure everything was how we wanted it, letting us know of any unforeseen issues (Eg previous owner hadn’t damp proofed the utility room). Left the property secure over night. Changed my mind on flooring and John took it back to Howdens and swapped it out for us."
