"John was quick to respond, turned up when he said he would, did exactly what was needed: fixed leaking gutter & some damaged brickwork (we’ll know for sure next time there’s heavy rain!) also cleaned off interior mould, treated & re painted the affected section of the wall & ceiling. He was respectful to my elderly relative and her home despite awkward access etc. She is very happy with the result. He updated me with photographs at every step which was really helpful. Thanks John!"
