"Jane has done an amazing job for us. This was a complicated repair on both sides of a fabric recliner sofa where the original fabric between the seat cushions and footrests had frayed badly. Jane spent a long time on her initial visit discussing various potential solutions and then suggesting a very fair price. She took the footrests away to start the job in her workshop. She communicated well with us at all stages. On return, the rest of the job had some tricky parts but Jane remained cheerful and professional and produced an excellent result for us which we greatly appreciate."
