Jennings Electrical replaced a bathroom pull cord in my bathroom late 30th July last year 2020. The light failed to work early Feb 21 (6 Months later) I have made 4 calls and left messages on his phone on each occasion but he refuses to return any of my calls. I have now had to go elsewhere at cost to get the job done when he should have been responsible for rectifying the fault.

Lee quickly identified the issues relating to the faulty wiring by the energy company engineers when they installed a smart meter. Despite being very busy he managed to fit us in quickly into his schedule. He tried to liaise with the 3 party contractors used by the energy company to explain to them the issues caused by their operatives. He produced a comprehensive and clear report in a very timely manner including a link to a video showing exactly where the problems lay. When the subcontractors created further problems by their work, he fixed them.

We’ve used Lee previously to install an EV charging point at the front of our property and fit new light fittings in the extension. This time he fitted a bathroom extract to our main bathroom which didn’t have one. He’s always friendly and does his research. The work he’s carried out has been very neat and tidy and well priced.
