"Building work costs- we all know that. My general experience is that, when sourced via Checkatrade, the rate is relatively high. There is nothing worse however than paying a lot of money to a tradesman, only to have them do a mediocre or even worse, a bad job. James and Glen did a very good job for us. "This job was a full rip out of our old bathroom, and replacement bath, seperate shower, sink and WC. The job was done to a high level of quality, with James offering advice over what bath shower sink etc we should get, and suggesting they create a custom built-in vanity unit to house the sink and loo - all within the original fixed price. The bathroom now looks amazing - we went with high end fittings and nice tiles to give a very posh look!"
