Our request was the installation of a toilet in the cloakroom, including the electricity connection (light) and the ducted extractor. Mr Race managed to destroy our house, starting from the flooring, he lifted the floorboards and then left it in a sorry state (no reflooring) for more than 10 days. The toilet he installed was leaking and damaged my floors. In 2 weeks, he did not complete any of the jobs agreed and he kept asking for extra money for materials. The builder reused the materials he removed from my house and did not procure the agreed toilet and basin set, but a cheaper one.
Very satisfied with finished product. On time, kept intouch through out as I work. Kept to quote. Did some other smaill jobs also as good all round contractor. Will use again.
