"Generally very satisfied with work that was completed (wiring, shower fuse, electric kettle), and with friendly and professional JNS employee. But very dissatisfied that JNS Electrical Services failed to fully complete work specified. Problems include: + failed to physically install shower, even though requirement specified with absolute written clarity from outset + failed to provide plumber on day, even though Jon (Director) confirmed would be provided + JNS quotation states “is based on the information...provided by client”.  Accepted cost quotation on this basis, therefore expected JNS to physically install shower as informed +JNS had almost 3 weeks from receiving written requirements to works commencing but failed to advise that would not install shower.  Problem only became apparent after work started + workman failed to wear facemask and protective overalls, even though Jon confirmed they would + Jon considers situation a “misunderstanding” but we strongly feel it is an oversight.  Clearly specified from outset that shower needed physically installing, before works started Jon himself discussed issues about physically installing shower, and Jon confirmed would provide plumber. Jon has failed to explain why he still considers this a misunderstanding. + Jon repeatedly failed to answer some concerns and ignored email"
