An outstanding duo, Mike and Bradley worked relentlessly in the heat to transform three rooms including plastering, fireplace removal, flooring, electrical work as well as decorating. Communication was excellent from start to finish and Mike was amazing at offering solutions to unexpected challenges that arose. Had plastering done, new internal doors fitted, plus architraves and skirting updated in three rooms. Really happy with the work – everything looks great. The team was professional, on time, tidy, and easy to deal with, even when we did have few add on requests for the team like additional wall needed plastering. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to get them back for future jobs.

Rochester Refurbishments have done several projects for us . The lastest was a bathroom refurbishment including changing the size of the bathroom, relocating a boiler, creating an airing cupboard - as well as complete refurb of the bathroom. We can always rely on Mike to do high quality work. Most importantly, we trust Mike to give us good advice and we trust his judgement. For this project he brought in other trade specialists - all of whom worked incredibly hard. I never mind having Mike or his team in my home. This tricky project was managed well and we're thrilled with the result.
