"Chingford Flat. For all walls, ceilings, skirting board and in-wall wardrobes he cleared any humidity marks, with treatment, filling of wall cracks, sanding and finish painting. Replacement if of a light switches dimmable to standard switches. Replacement of light fittings to spot lights. Placement of all blinds. Bespoke boxing electrical box with access hatch and painting. Removal all doors, new paint and re-fit. Removal of heavy old furniture no longer required."
