It was very easy to communicate and arrange the work in a timely fashion. The work was carried out on schedule and clearly communicated, I felt we were in very good hands, and they are very personable and friendly too!

Jermaine was very personable and professional on the day he attended. He did a good job at finding where the leak was coming from, however communication then truly lapsed and I was left hanging, waiting to see whether he could do anything about it - which he eventually said he couldn't. Disappointing, really.

Always great service with Hackney Plumbing and Heating! They conducted the gas safety record on our flat and recently came to help with a leak in our bathroom, and were able to come same day! Upon visiting my flat they seemed rather reluctant to carry out work on my property. They came across irritable and impatient, but their reviews looked great and they seemed to know what they were talking about. After visiting my flat I was promised a quote. They knew time was of the essence for me and that I needed to get the work done asap. It’s been over a month now and no one has returned any of my messages. Unreliable. Also, they claimed my thermostat wasn’t connecting to the receiver which was incorrect. It was working, it was just a little old and slow.
